TERMS OF SERVICE

This is a legally binding document. By commissioning me you expressly understand and agree to the Terms of service and conditions provided in this document.

It is the client's job to read this T.O.S. and understand them, therefore agree with them before commissioning the artist LionMushrooms. If any T.O.S. rule is broken appropriate action will be taken and may result in a blacklist.
These terms will be updating time to time - in case of drastic changes that would impact
past commissioners, you will be contacted.Dissatisfaction after the commission is completed in direct correlation to the T.O.S. is not the artist [LionMushrooms]'s responsibility and no refund will be granted.//Last edit: 29/10/2025//

Note: "I", "me" or "the artist" in this document refers to LionMushrooms, whilst the "commissioner" or "client" refers to the individual purchasing the art.▶ I. Payment is upfront! ◄- Full payment is taken upfront only via PayPal invoicing ($/€ only) with the agreed upon price,
(unless mutually agreed differently), before the commission is started. Payment plans are granted above the 100USD rate - the piece will not be finalized until full payment is completed.- Illegaly filing a charge-back on Paypal after or during completion will result in me contacting Paypal. (Paypal's invoice T.O.S. section will force a refund and grant you a ban and possibly account termination).â–¶ II. I have the right to decline a commission! â—„- I will decline any commission I deem inappropriate, ill-intended, offensive or those unable to be completed in a certain timespan. I will not create art that may hold racist, lgbtq+phobic, bigoted, illegal, heavily religious, patriotic, targeted and overall harmful ideological views.â–¶ III. Refunds! â—„- A full refund is applicable if the commission cannot be complete and is prompted from the artist's side.- If the commission has been started and there is a refund request from the client's side only a partial refund (dependent on the commission's state of progress) will be applicable. The client will also receive the last W.I.P. of the commission the artist has created so far.â–¶ IV. Commission process! â—„- When commissioning me, state exactly what you wish for (poses, type of scenery, colors, expressions etc.). Unmentioned information may cost extra to add within the commission process later.- I will only adit minor things on the final piece in the timespan of 14 days after it's finalization
- after that I will decline changes or request a fee. Please make sure to go over your commission after receiving the finalized version to avoid this.- Fixes will not apply (or will be charged to change) to things such as personal character design changes that deviate from the agreed upon character sheet, complex addons, change of posture or scenery and generally larger changes that were not agreed upon etc. if the piece is already in a certain stage of progress.- Price for any changes after an already agreed upon commission information will add an additional fee (based on current progress and amount of time I may need to apply changes).- A sketch phase will be delivered for the client to confirm the details before I proceed, but the client should always classify if they wish to see each stage of the progress.- (If asked) During sketching process, you may ask for revisions and changes without extra pay, unless the total amount of time you have asked for bigger changes (such as different character positions or scenery) exceeds 3 revisions after detailed information was given for the sketch.- Provide me with a reference sheet picture and not multiple commissioned pictures/written descriptions for a more accurate finished piece. (Price may rise if working off description; excluding custom designs.) The client may send examples of other artists' works to provide visuals; that said, I will not copy other artist's work and will avoid creating pieces that could plagiarize said artist(s).- State if a commission should remain anonymous / private before commissioning, as I publicly share art.â–¶ V. Character ownership! â—„- The characters you are commissioning must belong to you or you must have written permission to commission art with them. If you plan on gifting a commission to someone else with their character(s), please ask for permission (you don't have to share specifics, but I need to see approval/confirmation of allowance).â–¶ VI. Due dates! â—„- If there is a specific date or timeframe that the commission needs to be completed in, the client
must tell me before we agree on the commission itself.- A typical commission may take me anything from a few weeks to months. This is a "heads-up" that there may be a waiting time within which you are free to ask for updates, but to reasonably assume there is no set timeframe of completion unless agreed upon beforehand.Waiting time on artist's side:
- In case of unresponsiveness from the client's side, after the commission was started, (but is not yet finished), I will attempt contact multiple (at least 3 times) within 6 months. If the client does not respond after 6 months of the timeframe of the agreed upon commission, I will consider the commission cancelled. No refund will be given.â–¶ VII. Style adaptations! â—„- Please take note that any characters that are usually drawn in a certain style (e.g. MLP or Sonic characters) will be adapted to my own style.- I am open to style adaptations and experimental pieces, but it requires discussion beforehand. No direct referencing (copying/plagarism) will be applicable.â–¶ VIII. Re-posting artwork! â—„- You are allowed to re-post the watermarked art piece in your gallery or other public sites (such as Toyhouse), if you are the client/commissioner and you must credit me.- You are not allowed to sell or redistribute my content for monetary gain or use it for commercial means unless you receive written (and contracted) permission from me. (e.g. selling shirts, stickers, keychains with any of my art or designs present on them.)â–¶ IX. Finished pieces! â—„- Save the received finished artwork immediately once you receive the file or request I mail them to you as I will not keep track of the piece after completion.- The final piece sent will always be full resolution and watermarked.- I retain the right to use commissioned work in my portfolio and other sheets as promotion for my art. No commissioned work will be used for any kind of monetary gain.â–¶ X. Editing my artwork! â—„- The client of the piece may create additional changes to the artwork (hue shifts, adding markings etc.). Please clarify alongside the piece that those changes were not created by me.Resizing or cropping (for an icon or such) doesn't require that.**â–¶ XI. Age for commissioning! â—„- By ordering anything from me, you agree that you are above the age of 18+ or have parental permission and guidance to pay. I will not directly sell any kind of artwork to minors.â–¶ XII. Contact! â—„- I take commissions over online social networks (most commonly Toyhou.se, Discord), and am okay with adding clients on discord for easier communication.--------

ANIMATED ICON: $100+
Up to 24 frames for simple icons displaying one action (top 6 examples). Full price depends on complexity & length - More complex icons will consist of more frames & actions. Icons are 400x400px.FULL ANIMATION: $180+
Full price depends on complexity, length, loopability.
Animations are no larger than 1200x1200px in size.

FULL CUSTOM DESIGN: $70
I (re)design you a custom character! Piece includes unshaded fullbody + headshot or extra doodle. Will apply fixes if need be.Make sure you include information, such as species, (feral/anthro body type), accessories, complexity, clothing, colors etc. Whatever you deem necessary -
The rest will be considered artistic freedom.FREEDOM CUSTOM DESIGN: $35
I (re)design you a character that I can design however I like! No large after-fixes.
You may give only two pointers maximum (otherwise I have FULL freedom, so make sure to point out the traits you'd most want.) Includes one unshaded fullbody.

――――――――――REFERENCE SHEET: $120+

A $110 ref. sheet includes front and back view + one headshot or detail. Every other shot and/or detail (such as another view, complex clothing/armour, close-ups to body parts etc.) will add onto the price.Reference sheet does NOT mean I get to create a new character for you, I work off an already existing character and reference images. If it is a fully new character, an automatic "custom design" fee will apply.Shading not included.
